摘要
本文根据采集于陕西户县、甘肃榆中,四川康定和吉林白河产中国林蛙Rana chensinensis 371号标本,对其形态、染色体组型、C带、银带及血清LDH同工酶电泳酶带进行了比较研究,发现榆中、康定和白河的标本与中国林蛙模式产地户县的标本两两之间均存在显著差异,因此确定榆中、康定和白河产中国林蛙为三个新亚种。
Based on the specimens collected from Shaanxi, Gansu, Sichuan and Jilin, an analysis and comparison on the morphological differences caused by age, sex, locality, were made in accordance with “Homogeneous principles”, and karyotypes, C-bands, Ag-NORs and LDH isozymes were studied, Three subspecies are described herein as new to science.Rana chensinensis lanzhouensis Wei et Chen sp. nov.Holotype: No. 860130, an adult male; type locality: Yuzhong, Gansu, alt. 1500 m; July 9, 1986.Allotype: No. 860149, an adult female, collected in the same time and from the same locality as holotype.Paratype 29 adult males and 33 adult females, colleted from the same locality as holotype, alt: 1480-1500m, in July, 1986.Diagnosis The new subspecies is closely related to R. c. chensinensis and R. c. kangdin-gensis, however, its charaters may be summarized as follows: 1). The skin is smooth dorsally, 2). The nuptial pad is smaller; 3). The tibio-tarsal articulation reaches the tympanum, eye, the length of the shank is less than half of the body length; 4). Head slightly broader than long; 5). The breaches of the web beside the fouth toe reach the second subarticular tubercle.Rana chensinensis Kangdingensis sp. nov. Wei et ChenHolotype No. 860069, an adult male; type locality: kangding, Sichuan, alt. 3300 m; March 17, 1986.Allotype No. 860079, an adult female; collected in the same time and from the same locality as holotype.Paratype 22 adult males, 15 adult females and 20 subadults, collected from the same locality as holotype, alt. 3290-3320m, in March 1986.Diagnosis This new subspecies is closely related to R. chensinensis lanzhouensis and R. c. chensinensis but differs from the latter by: 1) The skin of the back is rough with some warts irregularly placed; 2) The nuptial pad is larger; 3) The tibio-tarsal articuktion reaches shoulder, tympanum, seldom reaches eye, the length of the shank is less than half the body length; 4) Head slightly broader than long; 5) The breaches of the web beside the fouth toe reach the second subarticular tubercle.Rana chensinensis changbaishanensis sp. nov. Wei et ChenHolotype No. 860014, an adult male; type locality: Baihe, Jilin, alt. 970 m, May 2, 1986.Allotype No. 860035, an adult female, collected in the same time and from the same locality as holotype.Paratype 38 adult males, 30 adult females, collected from the same locality as holotype, alt. 950-1010m, in May, 1986.Diagnosis This new subspecies is closely related to R. c, chensinensis but with the following characters: 1) The body is more stouter than the other subspecies, the length of male body is over 53mm, female body over 65mm; 2) the abdomen of female is redish brown; 3) The tibio-tarsal reachs eye, nostril, the length of the shank is more than half of the body length; 4) Toes nearly fully webbed.The type specimens are preserved in the Department of Biology, Northwestern University and in Zunyi Medical College.A key to the subspecies of R. chensinensis is presented.
