摘要
目的:观察自拟中药复方活血强心汤联合西医常规治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将112例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。给予2组患者西地兰,0.5 mg/次,3次/d,口服;心律平,300 mg/次3,次/d,口服;螺内酯,40 mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组在此基础上加服自拟中药活血强心汤,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组均治疗10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治愈率治疗组为62.50%,对照组为40.07%,2组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为94.56%,对照组为73.21%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组病例治疗后LVDD、LVEF与治疗前比较有明显差异(P<0.05);2组治疗后LVDD、LVEF相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药复方活血强心汤联合西医常规治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,可明显改善心功能。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of HuoXue QiangXinTang combined with western conventional cardiac treatment for chronic heart failure.Methods：112 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,56 cases in each group.The two groups received Western conventional cardiac treatment：cedilanid,0.5mg/time,3 times/d,orally;propafenone,300 mg/time,3 times/d,orally;spironolactone,40 mg/time,3 times/d,orally.On this basis,the treatment group added self-made HuoXue QiangXinTang.10 days as a course of treatment,the effects were observed after 2 courses.Results：The cure rate is 62.50% in treatment group and 40.07% in control group;there were significantly different between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 94.56% in treatment group and was 73.21% in control group;there were significantly different between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Compared before treatment,the LVDD and LVEF in the patients of 2 groups after treatment were significantly different（P〈0.05）;there were significantly different between the 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine compound decoction combined with Western medicine routine treatment has good effects for chronic heart failure and can improve heart function.
