螺内酯对老年高血压并发舒张性心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察螺内酯对老年高血压并发舒张性心力衰竭的疗效并探讨相关的机制。方法通过6 min步行试验和超声心动图指标E峰、A峰、E/A比值变化,并监测Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PIIINP)和血浆脑钠肽(BNP),比较常规组(n=50)和螺内酯组(n=49)对老年高血压并发舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前2组各项观察指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后螺内酯组各项观察指标优于治疗前(P<0.01),并优于常规组(P<0.01)。结论螺内酯对老年高血压并发舒张性心力衰竭的疗效显著。
