高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蜂蜜中硝基呋喃代谢物的研究 被引量：16

摘要 探讨采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)同时测定蜂蜜中呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃西林和呋喃妥因等代谢物的方法,采用电喷雾电离正离子(ESI+)、多反应监测(RMR)模式检测,外标法定量。4种硝基呋喃类药物在蜂蜜样品中3种不同水平的添加回收率为83.5%～96.1%(n=6),相对标准偏差为2.3%～8.6%;工作曲线的线性范围为1～10μg·kg-1,呋喃它酮、呋喃西林、呋喃妥因、呋喃唑酮的检出限为0.5μg·kg-1。
