摘要
提出以次氯酸钠-芦丁-盐酸氨基脲化学发光新体系,结合流动注射技术建立了测定芦丁的化学发光新方法。芦丁质量浓度在4.0×10-11~1.0×10-8g/L范围内与发光信号呈线性关系。检出限为1.3×10-11g/L。相对标准偏差为2.6%(n=11;cs=6×10-10g/L)
A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of rutin by sodium hypochlorite rutin semicarbazide hydrochloride system with flow injection technique has been investigated.The new method offered advantages of simplicity,wide linear range and high sensitivity.The linear range of the working curve is 4.0×10 -11 ~1 0×10 -8 g/L.The detection limit of rutin is 1.3×10 -11 g/L and the relative standard deviation is 2.6% ( n =11; c s=6 0×10 -10 g/L).
