摘要
1987~1989年鉴定山东省大豆花叶病毒的标样145个,根据它们在6个抗性不同的鉴别品种上的反应差异,区分为6个株系。sd_1、sd_2属弱毒株系,sd_3、sd_4属中毒株系,sd_5、sd_6属强毒株系。并明确山东省各地区株系的分布情况。强毒株系的出现,使推广品种齐黄10号、文丰5号、丰收黄、东解1号、烟黄2号、诱变30和跃进4号等丧失抗性,并对高抗品种鲁豆4号、齐黄22号等存在威胁,应引起重视。
145 samples of SMV collected from Shandong Province were identified and separated into 6 strains -Sd_1 and Sd_2(weak virulence strains) ,Sd_3 and Sd_4(middle virulence strains) ,and Sd_5 and Sd_6 (strong virulence strains) on basis of their reaction on 6 different soybean varieties. The distribution of every strain in Shandong Province has been ascertained. Appearance of strong virulence strains caused a lot of popularized varieties (such as Qihuang 10, Wenfeng 5,Fengshouhuang,Dongjie 1, Yanhuang 2,Youbian 30 and Yuejin 4 )lossing resistance, and is threatening the high resistantvarieties (Ludou 4 and Qihuang 22,etc. ).
