大豆花叶病的抗性遗传──Ⅰ.几个引用抗原对东北大豆花叶病毒二号株系的抗性遗传 被引量:17

摘要 本文通过12个(抗×感)杂交组合F_1、F_2、回交CF1和基因等位性测交组合F_1、F_2群体对东北大豆花叶病毒2号株系抗性的分析,明确了4个引用抗原的抗性水平及应用价值。鲁豆4和跃进4抗原的抗性为两对具有抑制作用的显性基因控制,抗、感分离比例为13:3;徐豆2和辽81-5017抗原的抗性为两对显性互补基因控制,抗、感分离比例为9:7,但在其杂交后代中易出现大量顶枯株。等位性测验表明:吉林21和跃进4、鲁豆4的抗病基因不在同一座位,并且独立遗传。跃进4和鲁豆4抗原有亲缘关系。 Resistant level and utilization value of resistant parents made definitely by analysis of F_1、F_2 and CF_1 populations from the cross of them with susceptible ones to No. Ⅱ strain of Soybean Mosaic Virus(SMV)and allelic test. 4 resistant-disease parents have genes with dominant or partially dominant effect. Ludou4 and Yue-jin4 have two dominant genes with inhibitary effect operating on No.Ⅱstrain of SMV , Xudou2 and Liao81-5017 are under two dominant complementary genes controlling No. Ⅱ strain of SMV. The allelic test showed that the two genes in Lu-dou4 and Yue-jin4 and one gene in Jilin21 are not the same locus. Yue-jin4 is related to Lu-dou.Their resistant genes might come from the same resistant parent.
