摘要
着重讨论如何在病案管理中正确应用情感激励机制,从而提高病案管理质量。逐步将传统病案管理的个体管理转向信息管理,将被动服务转向主动服务,由单纯的为医、教、研服务拓宽到卫生经济、管理、决策、计划等多方面、多范围的服务,推动病案管理工作不断发展与提高。
To focus on how to correctly apply emotional incentives mechanism in Medical Records management in order to improve its quality.It's necessary to gradually change from individualized management in traditional medical records management to information management,from passive service to active service,extend from simple medicine,teaching and research services to health economics,management,decision-making,planning and multi-range services with continual development and improvement of medical records management.
