摘要
研究了不同过渡金属催化体系对顺丁烯二酸酐均相催化加氢的催化作用.结果表明,对于顺丁烯二酸酐均相催化加氢生成琥珀酸酐和γ丁内酯,三氯化钌/三苯基膦是较佳的催化剂体系.在此催化剂体系作用下,顺丁烯二酸酐催化加氢仅生成琥珀酸酐和γ丁内酯,无其它副产物生成.还考察了溶剂,三苯基膦/钌摩尔比,反应温度,氢气压力对顺酐催化加氢生成琥珀酸酐和γ丁内酯选择性的影响.在适当的反应条件下,顺丁烯二酸酐均相加氢可高选择性地制备琥珀酸酐或γ丁内酯.
Hydrogenation of maleic anhydride using various homogeneous transition metal complex catalysts has been studied. It was revealed that RuCl 3·3H 2O is the proper catalyst and triphenylphosphine is the optimum ligand. The effects of solvent, triphenylphosphine/Ru mole ratio, temperature and hydrogen pressure on the hydrogenation have been investigated. By changing reaction conditions, succinic anhydride and γ butyrolactone could be produced selectively.
