摘要 采用釜式反应器研究了钌络合物催化剂对于顺酐及其衍生物(马来酸、琥珀酸以及琥珀酸酐)加氢生成γ-丁内酯的催化性能以及添加剂的添加效果。结果表明,有机膦配位钌络合物催化剂具有良好的γ-丁内酯生成活性,添加酸性物质对顺酐及其衍生物加氢生成γ-丁内酯有促进效果。考察了溶剂以及反应温度、氢气压力和反应时间对γ-丁内酯收率的影响。 The catalytic properties of Ru complex catalysts for the hydrogenation of maleic anhydride and its derivatives to γ butyrolactone were investigated by using a portable autoclave.The effect of acid additives on the formation of γ butyrolactone was studied .It was found that ruthenium phosphine complex catalysts have a good activity for the formation of γ butyrolactone.Experiment results indicate that addition of acids promotes the formation of γ butyrolactone.The effect of solvents and reaction conditions (reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure and reaction time)was also studied.
