指出油脂及其相关产品的重要性。简要回顾了科技促进我国油脂工业发展的历程。根据国家规划、产业政策及科技发展方向，展望未来我国油脂科技的任务。
Importance of oils and fats and related products was indicated.Development course of oil and fat industry promoted by science and technology was briefly reviewed.According to the nation's planning,industrial policy and development tendency of science and technology,the future missions of oils and fats in our country were prospected.
