摘要
淀粉废水是食品工业中污染最严重的高浓度有机废水之一,直接采用工艺处理困难较大,且废水中的有用物质直接排放造成很大的浪费,因此废水的资源化处理就显得极其重要。综述了目前国内外的一个研究热点——利用微生物将淀粉废水资源化处理的研究情况,并提出了一些看法,对该方向的发展、应用前景进行了展望。
Starch wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater that is one of the most seriously polluted ones in food industry.The technical treatment of it is much difficult and it is wasteful to drain with large amount of useful substrate in it.So it is crucial to treat it in a resourceful way.A research hotspot of treating starch wastewater by using microorganism at home and broad was reviewed.And some opinions were put forward and the development prospect was also given.
