摘要
以预处理后的淀粉废水为碳源,利用菌株NII 4培养生产絮凝剂,培养液对水样中的SS的去除率可达到85%或更高。培养液中还原糖的浓度波动能影响絮凝剂的产量,培养液中维持一定量的还原糖,有利于菌株NII 4不断地产生絮凝剂。收获絮凝剂最佳时段与加入的菌量、培养基中还原糖的量、培养条件等诸多因素有关,但收获絮凝剂应在NII 4活菌体快速增长和死亡的期间。
In the experiment,with pretreated starch containing wastewater as carbon source,using the NII 4 to product floeeulant,the inoculum can remove 85% or more SS containing in water samples.The concentration of glucose in the culture broth can affect the production of bioflocculant.In the culture broth,maintaining certain amount of glucose is in favor for NII 4 to produce bioflocculant continuously.And the best period for bioflocculant harvest is related to many factors,the experiment results showed that the suitable period for bioflocculant harvest can generally be within the period of rapid growth and death of NII 4.
