摘要
以项目管理团队为研究对象,阐述了项目管理团队胜任力模型的含义及研究意义,论述了项目管理团队胜任力模型的建立原则及流程。以房地产企业项目管理团队为例,构建了项目管理团队胜任力模型假设,并以结构方程为研究方法,验证了该模型的可信度。
Project management team was taken as research object,and its competence model was discussed in the implication and significance.The establishing principles and processes of the model were discussed.A competence generic model for project management team was established for a real estate enterprise as an example.Structural equation was introduced to study the model,and the reliability of the model was verified at last.
