摘要
茶碱是治疗急、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及支气管哮喘的常用药物。为了配合临床用药量的调整和给药方案的建立,使药物浓度稳定地维持在最佳治疗范围内,避免毒副反应的发生,我们建立了一种操作简便、专一性强、取血量少的高效液相色谱法。
A high performance liquid chromatography technique for the determination of theophyllinein plasma has been developed.The conditions were C8 column,methanol:water (30:70) mobile phase,caffeine gas internal standard and UV-detettor at 273nm.Only 30μl plasma sample and short analysis time were required.Good pre cision and recovery were obtained.
