摘要 本文研究了火焰原子吸收,石墨炉原子吸收,结合基体改进剂和平台技术,测定了人参中Pb、Ca、Co、Ni、Cr、Ba、K、Na、Cd、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zu、Mn、Sr等十五个微量元素,结果满意。 A graphic furnaace and flame atomic absorptiometric determination of traces of Pb,Cd, Co, Ni, Cr, Ba, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and Sr in ginsengs has been provided. The Conventional and pyrolytically coated graphite tubes are used with canbon platform. The lanthanum and palladium are selected as matrixmodifies for Pb and Cd with lanthanum as matrix modirier for Ca to eliminate the matrix interferences.The samples are degested with nitric acid or nitric acid and perchloric acid. The various ginsengs has been analysed with satisfactory results.
