化学发光(CL)分析灵敏度高、仪器设备简单,已得到越来越多的应用。由于CL选择性差,R.L.Veazey等人将其引入高效液相色谱(HPLC)。但缺乏可行的检测物,使该法的应用受到限制。
An indirect electrojenerated luminol chemilu-minescence detection method is described.The OH-which is a reactant in lumiaol chemiluminescence system is produced by the reduction of H2O2 in an electrolysis flow cell.Other reactants and supporting electrolyte are contained in the eluent.By the replacement of the reactants in the column th3 samples give negative peaks.The technique is found to have detection limits of 11-58nmol de-pendiag on sample type.
