摘要
本文基于稀土(Ⅲ)对鲁米诺—过氧化氢—铬(Ⅲ)体系化学发光的抑制作用,设计并组装了第一个稀土液相色谱化学发光检测器。采用P_(507)—盐酸体系萃取色谱法分离稀土,研究了用化学发光法检测的条件,实现了稀土(Ⅲ)的萃取色谱分离和化学发光连续检测。
The liquid chromatography chemiluminescence detector of rare earth ions based on the inhibiting effect on the chemiluminescence of luminol-H_2O_2-Cr(Ⅲ) system was designed. The conditions of detecting rare earth ions by chemiluminescence in the separation system of P_(507)-HCl were studied. The separation and detection of rare earth ions were accomplished successfully by P_(507)-HCl system extraction chromatography with chemiluminescence detection.
