摘要
本文用电生化学发光的方法,在碱性鲁米诺溶液中用Pt-Pt电极系统则定天然水中的可溶态铬(Ⅲ)。当Pt-Pt电极上施加+1.7V矩形脉冲时,可观察到鲁术诺发光现象。Cr^(3+)对此过程有催化作用,且Cr^(3+)的浓度与在2×10^(-6)~2×10^(-10)mlo/L鲁米诺电生化学发光强度有线性关系。
A sensitive method for determination of trac echromium(Ⅲ) in aqueous alkaline solution has been developed by using electrogenerated chemiluminescence of luminol at Pt-Pt electrodes. The potential applied is positive pulse. The detection limit is 1.2×10^(-10) mlo/L. The calibration curve is linear from 2.0×10^(-10) mol/L up to 2.0×10^(-6)mol/L.
