摘要
文章分析了我国乳品存在的质量安全问题,并提出了构建乳品质量安全溯源和监控体系来保证乳品的质量。详细阐述了该体系中三个系统(基于RFID技术的原料奶品质管理系统、原料奶品质现场分析和监控系统、乳品运输过程品质监控及温度监控和报警系统)的构成、核心技术及功能。
The safety problem of dairy in China was analyzed and the idea of constructing tracing and monitoring system was proposed.Then the composition,the function and the core technology of the whole system were stated in detail.
