摘要
乳品质量安全问题已引起广泛关注,变事后处理为事前预警尤为重要。基于乳品指标体系提出乳品安全预警模型,建立乳品安全动态预警机制,并利用预警模型开发乳品安全预警系统,利用乳品安全预警系统实现早期预测目的。
The quality security issue of dairy products has caused widely concem in the community. How to minimize dairy losses arising from the security incident, prior waming have been extremely imminent. This paper proposes dairy security early warning model based on index system for dairy to build a dairy security early-warning mechanism of dynamic. And then, dairy security early waming system is developed by using early warning model. This system can accomplish potential dairy security crisis waming.
