姬松茸子实体多糖ABMB3对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:12

Effect of a Polysaccharide Fraction from Agaricus blazei Fruit Bodies on Murine Immunological Functions

摘要 姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)子实体经沸水提取、乙醇沉淀、DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow和Sephacryl S-300HR层析获得多糖ABMB3,研究表明:200μg/mL ABMB3可以刺激小鼠淋巴细胞分泌免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)、IgM以及细胞因子白细胞介素6(Interleukin6,IL-6)、干扰素(Interferon,IFN)、IL-2和IL-4,说明ABMB3可以提高小鼠的免疫功能。 A polysaccharide fraction,ABMB3,was obtained from fruit bodies of Agaricus blazei following extraction with boiling water,ethanol precipitation ,ion exchange chromatography (DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow) and gel filtration chromatography (Sephacryl S-300HR). ABMB3 at a concentration of 200 μg/mL improved murine immunological functions by enhancing levels of IgG,IgM,IL-6,IFNg,IL-2 and IL-4.
