摘要
对姬松茸 (AgaricusblazeiM櫣ｒｒｉｌｌ)进行了母种培养基筛选试验。结果表明 ,姬松茸母种的最适培养基为 :蔗糖 2 5 g ,玉米淀粉 30 g ,磷酸二氢钾 3g ,硫酸铵 3g ,维生素B110mg ,琼脂2 0 g。
A preliminary study on the selection of optimum mother culture medium for Agaricus blazei Mürrill was conducted. The experiment result showed that the optimum medium was sucrose 25g, corn starch 30g,KH 2PO 4 3g,(NH 4) 2SO 4 3g ,VB 1 10mg and agar 20g.
