摘要
[目的]研究姬松茸多糖的促排铅作用。[方法]将36只昆明种小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为模型组、姬松茸多糖组和对照组,研究姬松茸多糖对铅中毒小鼠的促排铅作用。[结果]姬松茸多糖对小鼠AST、尿素含量、心脏系数、肝脏系数和胸腺系数有显著影响,但对小鼠的ALT、脾脏系数、肺脏系数和肾脏系数和血钙影响不显著。[结论]姬松茸多糖具有一定的促排铅解毒作用。
[Objective] To research on function of promoting lead-removing for Agaricus blazei polysaccharide.[Method] 36 mice （18 males,18 females） were randomly divided into model group,Agaricus polysaccharide group and control group.The effects of Agaricus polysaccharide on promoting lead-removing of lead positioning rats were studied.[Result] Agaricus polysaccharide has significant effects on AST,urea content,heart coefficient,liver coefficient and thymus coefficient,while has no significant effects of ALT,spleen coefficient,lung coefficient,kidney coefficient and blood calcium.[Conclusion] Agaricus polysaccharide has a certain promoting lead-removing effect.
