摘要
对001号蛹虫草菌种与市售蛹虫草菌种进行了对比试验,并观察了菌株在人工培养基上的生长状况。结果表明,蛹虫草001号菌种生长良好,菌丝和子实体生长速度快,产量和质量均超过对照菌株。001号蛹虫草菌种适合人工栽培和工业化生产。
The contrast test between strain of Cordyceps militaris No.001 and market strain of Cordyceps militaris was conducted,and the growth status of strains of Cordyceps militaris on artificial media were observed.The results showed that the strains of Cordyceps militaris No.001 grew well on artificial media;the growth rate of hypha and fruiting body was fast,and the yield and quality were higher than that of control.Therefore,strain of Cordyceps militaris No.001 is suitable for artificial cultivation and factory production.
