摘要
广告翻译不仅涉及不同语言间的转化,更是不同文化信息间的传递。文化策略在广告中的运用能大大提升广告翻译的效度,从而起到使广告翻译事半功倍的效果。因此,文章分别从归化与异化,替换原语文化信息,应对文化缺省三个方面并结合多个实例阐述了文化策略在广告翻译中的作用。
Advertising translation involves language conversion and more often than not,the transmission of cultural information, which usually poses even greater difficulties for translators.The use of cultural strategies in advertising translation can greatly enhance its effect.Therefore,based on a detailed analysis of several examples,this paper illustrates the important functions that cultural strategies supplied to advertising translation from three different aspects.
