摘要
本文分析了大学生医保新制度落实过程中显现的问题,如大学生自我保险意识淡薄、医疗保障水平低及医疗救助等问题,提出从加强宣传力度、深化医疗卫生体制改革、设立医疗救助基金、健全监管机制及加快法制进程等方面来完善新医改大学生医疗保障制度。
By analyzing the issues through the process of implementing the new policy,such as absence of self-insurance,low security level and medicaid etc.In this paper,reinforcing publicity,deepening medical and health system reform,establishing medicaid fund,establishing regulatory system and laws to perfect medical security system of college students by new medical reform.
