摘要
本文以对江苏省城镇居民医疗保险的调研为基础,结合江苏实践中产生的问题进行了定性的分析,指出政府应从制度本身的完善、医疗机构的协同建设、重视参保居民的利益等方面,进一步推进城镇居民医疗保障基本制度的完善和发展。
Based on the survey of medical insurance system for urban residents in Jiangsu province and taken problems in practice into account, this paper carries out qualitative analysis. It recommends that government should place importance on the improvement of system, the construction of medical institutions, the interests of urban residents covered by insurance and so on, which could further improve and develop the beneficial of medical security system for urban residents.
