摘要
目的研究不同强度的应激刺激对小鼠开场行为和学习记忆能力的影响。方法通过使用不同水温(12、18及25℃)下游泳15min作为不同强度的应激刺激。观察小鼠开场行为(Openfield)以及Y-迷宫分辨学习能力和跳台试验中记忆保持能力的变化。结果各游泳组的自发活动增加,探究行为无变化;18和25℃游泳组的学习记忆能力有显著提高,12℃游泳组有所降低。结论不同温度下的游泳应激均可增加小鼠的探究活动,但应激刺激过于强烈会降低小鼠的学习记忆能力,适当强度的应激刺激能提高小鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of stress at different intensity on the behaviour of Open
field,learning and memory of mice.Methods Open field,Y-maze test and step-down test have
been carriedout in four group:control (C)and groups with swimming in water of 12,18 and (S1,S2,
S3).Results Ambulation of all swimming group increased significantly.Behaviour of exploration
wasnot changed.Groups of swimming at 18 and 25 have a significnt increase in the ability
oflearning and memory,by contrast,the group of 12 was decreased.Conclusions
Swimmingstress in different temperature can increase ambulation of mice.But strong stress
may impair learn-ing and memory of mice,stress at proper intensity could increase the ability of
learning and memoryof mice.
