摘要
应用乳酸脱氢酶释放试验检测在P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)和甲硫脑啡肽(MEK)几种生物活性物质体外孵育条件下,自然杀伤细胞(NK)对人食道癌上皮细胞(Eca-109)的毒性作用。结果表明,几种活性物质对NK细胞毒性具有双向调整作用,对基础活性一般或偏低者具有提高作用;对基础活性偏高者具有降低作用;其提高和降低的均值具有显著性(P<0.05)。提示这几种活性物质在神经免疫调节过程中具有重要作用。
We studied the effects of some bioactive substances,including β-endophin(β-EN,Metenkephalin(MEK), Substance P.(SP) and 5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),on the rat's natural killer(NK) cytotoxicity by the LDH assay. The results showed that the above substances could regulate the NK cytotoxicity and played a biphasic regulatory role(at a certain threshold). Their mean values of increase of decrease were significant (P<0. 05).
