摘要
探讨运动干预对大学生心理压力的改善作用,是我国体育心理学研究以及学校体育改革与发展中亟需解决的重要理论和现实问题。结合"大学生心理压力的运动干预研究"成果,分析、评价了研究方法、运动干预效应和生理心理机制等问题,为全面、系统地研究运动干预改善大学生心理压力的效应提供了科学的参考依据,并为采用针对性的运动干预方案预防和调控大学生心理压力提供了可操作性的实践基础。
It is an importantly theoretical and practical topic to investigate the improvement on college students' psychological stress of exercise intervention. Three main issues, which included research method, exercise effect, and the physiological and psychological mechanisms, have been explored in order to make known the improvement on college student psychological stress of exer- cise intervention. The result of studies did not only provide a solid research base for the improve- ment on college student psychological stress of physical exercise intervention, but also provide a scientific basis of practice for preventing and controlling on college students' psychological stress s by exercise intervention.
