论中小学体育教师赋权增能

On the Mode of Lower School PE Teacher's Grant Right and Increase Energy

摘要 以现代课程论思维观和方法论为依据,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对体育教师赋权增能进行了分析。认为在现实情况下,中小学体育教师的赋权增能较为匮乏,应通过三个方面实现政治、社会、心理维度上的赋权增能:进一步推进体育课程改革,努力提高中小学校长的体育课程领导水平;加快高校体育教育专业课程改革,提高各类体育师资培训质量;在校本课程建设中,锻炼和提高中小学体育教师课程参与能力。 On the basis of modem course theories and methodology,analysed on the mode of lower school PE teacher's grant right and increase energy by literature and logical analysis, in real case, the mode of lower school PE teacher's grant right and increase energyanalyse is deficient, we should achieve the mode of lower school PE teacher's grant right and increase energy In the context of Political,society and psychology: Further advance the PE curriculum reform, efforts to improve the level of the mode of lower school PE Curriculum Leadership for principals in primary and secondary schools; accelerate specialized curriculum reform for the mode of lower school PE teachers in Universities, improve the quality of all kinds training for PE teacher;3. In constructing of School - based curriculum, exercise and improve the level of participate course for the mode of lower school PE teacher.
