摘要
指出柴油机维修过程中容易忽视的几个问题,如余隙高度、活塞组的重量差与尺寸差、气门下陷值、凸轮轴外形、配气相位、供油一致性等,分析了这几个问题对柴油机性能所产生的影响,并对这些问题的影响因素进行了讨论,给出正确的维修调整办法。
A number of issues which are easily overlooked in diesel engine maintenance are put forward, such as clearance height, difference of weight and size in piston group, drop of air door, shape of convex axle, phase of air assign, consistency of oil supply. The effect of these issues on diesel engine performance is analyzed, and the impact factors are discussed, At last, the right maintaining and adjusting methods are given.
