摘要
基于涡轴发动机的健康管理技术,开发了用于台架试验和试飞阶段的涡轴发动机的健康管理(Engine Health Management,EHM)系统,介绍了该系统所采用的若干技术,包括总体概貌及软件系统的总体构架,监视参数的统计方法,提出了系统的改进方案,并讨论了涡轮叶片寿命预测方法及损伤预测步骤。该系统已在中国首款自行研制的涡轴发动机的台架试验和试飞中得到应用和验证,对类似系统的开发具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
EHM system was developed for rig test and experimental stage based on application of EHM technique on turboshaft engines. The techniques utilized in the systemwere introduced, which include the system framework, statistical methods of monitoring parameters. The improvement plans were performed and life damage prediction methods and damage prediction steps were discussed. The system was applicated and verified on the bench test and test flight of the first self-development turbo shaft engines. The techniques provid references for the development of similar systems.
