摘要
目的:总结皮肤再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗烧伤后期残余创面的临床疗效。方法:应用皮肤再生医疗技术治疗48例烧伤后残余创面。结果:48例患者中,25例创面在21天内愈合,23例创面18天后创面有皮岛生长,创面有不同程度的缩小,肉芽组织新鲜,后经植皮治疗,效果满意。结论:MEBT/MEBO可以促进创面愈合,减少瘢痕,是治疗烧伤后残余创面的理想方法。
Objective： To summarize clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating residual burn wound of the later stage. Method ： 48 cases of residual burn wounds were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Results： Of 48 cases, 25 cases healed within 21d. In the rest 23 cases, skin island growth was observed after 18d of treatment, the wounds were reduced in varying degrees and fresh granulation tissue was observed; the wounds healed after skin grafting and satisfactory effect was obtained. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO is an ideal method to treat residual burn wounds since it can promote wound healing and reduce scar formation.
