摘要
目的探讨严重烧伤后期残余创面的治疗,总结有效的治疗方案。方法对我科2000-10～2005-10间,收治的严重烧伤后残余创面35例的治疗进行回顾分析。结果 35例病人经浸浴疗法、外用生长因子、局部使用抗生素、紫草油等治疗创面全部愈合。结论在控制创面感染,提高机体抵抗力基础上的综合治疗,是治疗烧伤残余创面重要方法。
Objective To study the treatment of severe burn residual wounds and summary effective treatment programs. Methods 35 cases of such patients,from 2000-10 to 2005-10,were treated in our department and analyzed. Results All the wounds of 35 patients were healed after bath therapy,topical growth factors,topical antibiotics,Lithospermum oil treatment. Conclusion In the control wound infection,enhance the body resistance on the basis of a comprehensive treatment is an important method of treatment of residual burn wounds.
