摘要 基于层次分析法AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)基本原理,综合考虑影响煤矿安全生产的各项指标,应用层次分析法确定煤矿安全评价指标的权重,将比较矩阵的特征向量作为煤矿安全评价因子的权重,并对各相关指标进行重要性排序,构建了煤矿安全评价指标体系。该体系力求简单实用、可操作性强,能较客观地反映煤矿安全评价中各影响因素的权重,从而为煤矿安全评价及管理决策提供依据。 Base on fundamental principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),taking all influencing factors of coal mine safety into consideration,weights of mine safety estimation factor is determined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process by taking characteristic vectors of comparison matrices as the weights of mine safety estimation factor,and the importance ranking is done on each related index,the index system is established for coal mine safety evaluation.The researched index system is feasible and effective;weights of mine safety estimation factor are responsed through this index system so could provide basis for coal mine safety estimation and administrative decision.
