摘要
资源开发方案的综合评价是以可行方案在一定技术经济条件下的相对价值为基础的,价值工程评价模型较好的体现了这一内涵。本文以价值工程的价值意义为基础,分别对功能型指标和成本型指标计算相对权重,然后分别计算加权功能评价系数和成本系数,以相对价值系数进行排序。应用表明,该模型简洁实用,价值概念明确,具有较强的实用价值。
Comprehensive evaluation of the scheme of exploitation is based on relative value of feasible scheme under some conditions of tech - economics. The VE model incarnate it well. The authors calculate the norm weight of functional index and the cost index, then calculate the added quotiety of the function and the cost. Application indicates that this model is simple and practical. It made the conception of VE clear and is of practical value.
