摘要 针对目前矿井在降温系统的选择上缺少系统的评价方法及合理的定量分析手段,提出了一种新的矿井降温系统优选方法.即运用层次分析法建立矿井降温系统优选指标体系,定量地得出各指标的权重系数;结合模糊综合评判,建立评判集与评判矩阵,最后根据综合评分做出判断.以刘庄煤矿为例,通过运用层次分析和模糊综合评判的优选方法,选择井下集中制冷的降温方案;措施实施后,采煤工作面降温效果显著,降低幅度平均达7.5℃.表明了此方法的科学性与合理性,能够为方案优选提供参考,具有一定的实用价值. Because the method of selecting mine cooling system lacks of systematic evaluation method and quantitative analysis method, this paper proposes a new optimization method of mine cooling system, which applies AHP to build a hierarchy structure model of mine cooling system optimization index system, and give every weighting coefficient by analytic hierarchy process. Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it builds evaluation set and judgment matrix according to the comprehensive score. By taking Liuzhuang Coal Mine as an example and by using the optimized method of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper selects the underground centralized refrigeration cooling system. After the measures have been carried out, the temperature of coal face decreases significantly by reducing about 7.5℃. Results show this is a scientific and objective method, which can provide reasonable references for optimization of the schemes and possess certain practical value.
