摘要
目的调查分析断指再植患者就诊复查现状及影响因素。方法采用自设问卷对496例断指再植患者进行随访调查,内容包括患者一般资料、是否定期复查、影响定期复查的因素。结果能够定期复查的患者仅104例（21.0%）,392例患者不能定期复查的原因包括经济负担重、路途远不方便、认为没必要等。多元回归分析显示,患者的文化程度、职业、医疗费用支付方式和出院后居住地4项因素影响患者是否能够定期复查。结论断指再植患者就诊复查现状不佳,应加强对文化程度低、经济状况差、居住偏远地区、农民或临时工患者的健康教育及出院指导,使其认识到定...
Objective To investigate the present status of follow-up work in patients with digital replantation and its influential factors. Methods A follow-up study was performed in 496 patients with digital replantation by a self-designed questionnaire,and the contents included general data,possibility of regular on time follow-up and the influential factors. Results Only 104 patients （21.0%） in this series were possible to perform follow-up on time. As to the rest patients,the reasons that hindered them from performing regular on time follow-up were economic embarrassment,difficulty in long travel distances,disregarding the necessity of follow-up work and others. The multi-variant logistic regression analysis showed that educational status,profession of the patients,the way of payment of the medical expanse,and the dwelling place after discharging from hospital were four main factors influencing regular follow-up. Conclusions The present status of follow-up in patients with digital replantation is not good. For those patients who are poorly educated,economical embarrassed,living in distant rural areas and for those seasonal laborers from countryside,special instructions and propaganda programs are necessary to enhance their acknowledgement of importance of follow-up work. Aid campaign on solving substantial difficulties will enhance the follow-up work.
