摘要
目的探讨自拟通便法对断指再植患者便秘的影响。方法选择符合标准的111例断指再植患者随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗护理,术后6 h给予大黄碳酸氢钠与吗丁啉口服;观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上,每天早中晚给予黑芝麻加蜂蜜饮食治疗,外加顺时针方向腹部按摩。结果对照组和观察组的临床有效率为76%与91%,复发率为7%和3%。两组比较,观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论黑芝麻加蜂蜜饮食治疗断指再植术后病人便秘安全,疗效好,复发率低,副作用少。
[Objective] Since the purge of the proposed method of replantafion in patients with constipation. [Methods] Select compliant replantation of 111 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group received routine treatment and care, given 6 h after oral administration of rhubarb sodium bicarbonate and domperidone; observation group were treated on the basis of nursing care a day early in the evening to give the black sesame seeds and honey diet therapy, plus abdominal massage clockwise. [ Results] Control group and observation group, the clinical response rate was 76% and 91%, the recurrence rate of 7% and 3%. The two groups, The observation group was better than control group. [ Conclusion] Black sesame and honey diet therapy after digital replantation patients with constipation safety, efficacy, recurrence rate and few side effects.
