摘要
在临床护理工作中,护士常常会遇到一些扰乱病房秩序的患者,这类患者可称之为依从性差患者。根据其行为特点,此类患者可分为医嘱抵触型、违反院规型、过分期望型、危害团结型和自我中心型等类型。结合各型患者特点,以护理规范为基础,对依从性差患者采取耐心解释原因、进行有效交谈、签订护患合约、护患分别冷却防止矛盾激化、讨论交流及全体护士协作等针对性护理措施,可以避免、减少和缓解医患矛盾,为患者提供更优质的医疗服务。
In clinical nursing, nurses always find some patients make trouble in ward who are called patients with poor compliance by medical staff. These patients can be divided into several types, such as patients who do not follow doctor's advice, who violate hospital rules, who have too much expectation, who damage the solidarity and who are extremely selfish. According to different types paitents' characteristics and based on nursing criterion, nurses should take some corresponding countermeasures, including giving patient explanation to patients with poor compliance, having an effective talk with them, signing contract with them, keeping calm in order to avoid disputes, discussing and exchanging views, and whole nurses' cooperation. All these can avoid, reduce and alleviate disputes between patients and medical staff, and can supply better medical service to patients.
