摘要
分别采用辣根过氧化物酶法、大豆种皮过氧化物酶法及血糖仪法测定了6只小鼠在空腹和进食后2 h的血糖值。对3种方法的测定值经统计分析,上述3种方法测得的血糖值无显著差异。因此采用大豆种皮过氧化物酶代替辣根过氧化物酶测定小鼠血糖是可行的。
The values of blood glucose of 6 mice on empty stomach and 2 h after feeding were determined by 3 different methods,including the method of horseradish peroxidase,soybean hull peroxidase and blood glucose meter.According to the statistical analysis,there were no significant differences among the results obtained by the 3 methods Therefore,use of soybean hull peroxidase instead of horseradish peroxidase in the determination of blood glucose of mice is feasible.
