摘要
合成了锰(IH)与 meso-四(4-三甲铵基苯)卟啉的螯合物(Mn-T(4-TMAP)P),研究了Mn-T(4-TMAP)P 作为过氧化物模拟酶对过氧化氢、安替比林和苯酚显色反应的催化活性。拟订的分光光度法测定0~6μg/ml H_2O_2,5μg 和10μg H_2O_2的平均回收率为97.6%和99.4%,变异系数为2.2%和1.1%。与葡萄糖氧化酶催化反应偶联,可用于人血清中葡萄糖含量的测定,结果满意。
The cnelate compound or manganese tetra-(p-trimethylammonium phenyl) porphine(Mn-T(4-TMAP)P) has been synthesized.The catalyticcharacteristics of Mn-T(4-TMAP)P as mimesisof peroxidase on chromogenic reaction of hydro-gen peroxide with 4-aminoantipyrine and phenolhave been studied.Trace of hydrogen peroxidecan be determined with good accuracy and preci-sion.The glucose in human serum has been de-termined by the proposed reaction combined withcatalytic reaction of glucose oxidase with satisfac-tory results.
