摘要
目的探讨心理应激复合睡眠剥夺对大鼠部分营养素的影响。方法105只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、心理应激组、心理应激对照组、睡眠剥夺组、睡眠剥夺对照组、复合因素组及复合因素对照组,每组15只。采用Communication Box建立14d心理应激模型,采用改良后的小平台水环境法建立48h睡眠剥夺模型。14d后所有动物测定血清维生素C(Vc)、维生素E(Ve)、Fe水平以及肌酸激酶(CK)活力。结果与复合因素对照组比较,复合因素组大鼠Fe水平降低且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与单一心理应激组比较,复合因素暴露大鼠Ve、Fe水平下降且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);与睡眠剥夺组比较,复合因素暴露大鼠Vc水平下降且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理应激复合睡眠剥夺对大鼠部分营养素存在较为明显的影响,复合因素损伤效应要大于单一心理应激或睡眠剥夺。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological stress combined with sleep deprivation on some nutrients of rats.Methods 105 male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,including a blank group,a psychological stress group,a psychological stress control group,a sleep deprivation group,a sleep deprivation control group,a compound factor group and the compound factor control group,with 15 rats in each group.The 14 d psychological stress model was established by communication box,the 48 h sleep deprivation model was established by improved flower pot.Serum samples were collected from all rats to measure the activity of CK and the concentrations of Vc,Ve,Fe at the day 14.Results Compared with the compound factor control group,the concentration of Fe in compound factor group was obviously decreased (P0.05).Compared with the psychological stress group,the concentration of Ve,Fe in compound factor group was extremely decreased (P0.01,P0.05).Compared with the sleep deprivation group,the concentration of Vc in compound factor group was obviously decreased (P0.05).Conclusion The psychological stress combined with sleep deprivation has a comparatively obvious effect on some nutrients of rats and has a greater effect than single psychological stress or sleep deprivation does on the loses of nutrients.
