摘要
二氧化碳排放带来的气候变化给世界经济造成巨大损失,发展低碳经济正成为国际社会日益关注的问题。近几年,中国在低碳经济的理论研究方面进展较快,在低碳经济内涵研究、低碳经济与绿色经济、生态经济、循环经济及可持续发展的关系研究,低碳经济发展路径、机制和政策研究,碳排放权交易、碳税研究等方面,都取得了成果。
Climate change which has been brought by carbon dioxide emissions has caused the world economy huge losses,so developing low-carbon economy is becoming an international concerning issue.In recent years,China′s theoretical research in low-carbon economy has acquired rapid progress.connotation studies of low-carbon economy,the relationship studies between low-carbon economy and green economy,ecological economic,circular economy and sustainable development,development path,mechanism and policy research of low-carbon economic,carbon emissions trading and carbon tax research have achieved important results.
