摘要
可耗竭能源存量有限和不可再生的特点决定了对能源节约的重要性,经济发展与能源紧缺的矛盾使得各国均将能源可持续发展列为国家发展重要战略之一。本文研究了提高电力能效和补贴可再生能源发电对社会福利的影响,探究了我国实施节能减排以提高社会福利的政策根据。
Because exhaustible energy is limited and non-renewable, it is important to conserve energy. Most courtiers make the sustainable energy development as important national development stragegies due to the contradiction between economic development and the shortage of national energy. In this paper studied how to improve eergy efficiency and the impack of electricity subsidies for renewable energy on social welfare. It explored the policy basis of China＇s implementation of energy saving in order to improve the social welfare.
