摘要
气候变化的全球性要求各国共同行动起来采取有效的对策，碳排放权分配与交易是为减缓气候变化而进行国际合作的两个重要问题。本文在提出两种综合考虑公平和效率的碳权混合分配机制，并确定碳权交易价格的基础上，对全球碳权交易情况进行模拟，此外还分析了碳排放权交易对中国经济的影响以及不同碳权分配机制对全球碳权交易收益的影响。
Our earth is faced with a grim challenge of global climate change and it is important for all countries in the world to go into action jointly to mitigate climate change. Carbon emission permit allocation and trading are two important issues to realize global cooperation. Two kinds of comprehensive carbon emission permit allocation mechanisms considering equity and efficiency were studied. After the carbon permit price was determined, the trading situations in various regions or countries in the world and the global benefits gained from the trading were expounded. The impact of carbon emission permit trading on China's economy was analyzed.
