摘要
通过关键行为事件访谈、调查问卷等调查手段获得能力特征描述,在此基础上对其进行归纳与提炼、信度和效度检验、相关性分析等处理,得到中学教师能力评价底层指标;通过聚类方法划分中学教师能力维度,建立中学教师能力评价指标体系。中学教师能力评价指标体系包括基础能力维、工作技能维、内在能力维、特质能力维、人际关系维。
We can obtain the bottom index of the evaluation on secondary school teacher's ability through means of survey such as key behavioral event interview and questionnaires to obtain ability characteristics description, based on which we can summarize and try them out, examine their reliability and validity, and do the correlation analysis, etc. We establish the evaluation index system of secondary school teacher's ability through clustering approach to divide the dimensions of secondary school teacher's ability. The evaluation index system of secondary school teacher's ability includes dimension of basic ability, dimension of working skills, dimension of internal ability, dimension of special ability and dimension of interpersonal relationship.
