摘要
职业教育办学模式是为实现职业教育培养目标,在充分了解职业教育内涵特征、准确把握职业教育发展规律的基础上,在一定办学理念指导下,对职业教育实施机构的管理体制与运行机制所做的特色性、系统性归纳与设计。其特征表现在被决定性与决定性、多样性与统一性、发展性与稳定性的统一;其本质是合规律性与合目的性的统一;其变迁的基础是职业教育办学传统;其变迁的动力包括改进职业教育效能的需要、外部竞争压力的逼迫以及教育理念的变迁;其评价向度为:职业教育资源的利用率、职业教育目标的达成度以及对终极价值的关怀。
A running mode of vocational school represents understanding of objectives, implications, and rules of development of vocational education. The features include uncertainty and certainty, diversity and unity, development and stability. The essence is the unification of law and purpose. The transitional basis is tradition, and transitional forces the need to improve vocational education, and rid of stress. The assessment orientations are availability of resources, realization of objectives and concerns of ultimate value.
